All reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance to ensure horse availability.

For cancellations more than 14 days out there is a 20% fee, for 4-14 days ahead there is a 50% fee and a 100% fee for 3 days or less. Customers will receive a credit. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
